This website is operated by The Snuggery . Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Snuggery.  The Snuggery offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein. These Terms of Trading apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Trading carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Trading . If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Trading are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Trading.

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Trading. 

Our website, thesnuggery.ie is hosted on WIX. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND/OR PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

PRODUCTS
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.  This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
 

SHIPPING - ROI DELIVERIES

Items that are in stock and shipping directly from The Snuggery are usually dispatch on the next business day.  Items purchased after 6pm on a Thursday will ship on Monday (Tuesday is a Bank Holiday Weekend).

We will send you a dispatch notification via email when your item has shipped.

 

Please allow up to 10 working days for this to arrive.

Please allow extra time for your order to arrive as there are still delays due to COVID.

Items shipped directly from The Snuggery are shipped via An Post.

​

For all items except Cards we offer a fixed rate shipping fee of €5.00 which includes Tracking.

Cards are shipped via Standard Shipping at a rate of €2.00.

Please ensure you have given an active email address to receive updates on your order.

We are not responsible for delays or stolen orders. 

​

WE ARE UNABLE TO COMBINE ORDERS.

If you need to cancel or change an item in your current order that has NOT been shipped yet please contact via hello@thesnuggery.ie

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

At present The Snuggery only ships to addresses in the ROI.  If you are outside of the ROI please contact us via email hello@thesnuggery.ie BEFORE placing your order and we will check if we can facilitate shipping to your country.

We are not responsible for any customs or tax charges for orders outside of the ROI.

Please ensure you leave an email address on completing your order as you may not receive your confirmation / processing email to say your order is on route to you.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

We are not able to cover the costs of tax/charges.

International Customs tax/charges are not within our control so you may be required to pay this depending on your location.

Returns

Please contact us at hello@thesnuggery.ie immediately if you received an incorrect item in your order,  we will be in touch as soon as we can to help put things right!

We don’t accept exchanges or cancellations on custom orders.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:

• Custom or personalised orders

• Final Sale / Seconds 

 

If you are unhappy with an item purchased, please notify us within 5 days of receipt of same.

We will be happy to refund or replace an item providing it is returned to us within 14 days of receipt, in its original packaging and condition.  Proof of purchase must also be provided.

We will not accept an item if we have not been contacted and arranged the return of same prior to its return.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please be aware that until we receive the item you wish to return it is your responsibility.  

​

We would therefore suggest when returning an item it is well packed to avoid damage in transit.   It is also advisable to use a tracked delivery method, retaining your proof of postage.

​

Finally, the item and its packaging must be free of any human/pet hair, marks/stains with tags still attached, unused and in its original condition.  If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.  We do reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item is not returned in a fully resalable condition.

Please note, delivery and return fees can only be refunded for faulty items.  The Snuggery is not liable for any loss or damage during returns.

MISSING ORDERS

We are not responsible for delays or stolen orders. Please contact the relevant delivery agent as per your shipping notification with enquiries to missing orders. If they have been shipped back to us due to an insufficient address we will be able to re send this out to you but the postage will need to be repaid and a reliable address used.
