Returns
Please contact us at hello@thesnuggery.ie immediately if you received an incorrect item in your order, we will be in touch as soon as we can to help put things right!
If you are unhappy with an item purchased, please notify us within 5 days of receipt of same.
We will be happy to refund or replace an item providing it is returned to us within 14 days of receipt, in its original packaging and condition. Proof of purchase must also be provided.
We do ask that you contact us by email at hello@thesnuggery.ie before making a return.
We will not accept an item if we have not been contacted and arranged the return of same prior to its return.
Please note, delivery and return fees can only be refunded for faulty items. The Snuggery is not liable for any loss or damage during returns.

Please be aware that until we receive the item that you wish to return it remains your responsibility.
We would therefore suggest when returning an item it is well packed to avoid damage in transit. It is also advisable to use a tracked delivery method, retaining your proof of postage.
When returning items please include your full contact details with the returned item.
Finally, the item and its packaging must be unused and in its original condition. We do reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item is not returned in a fully resaleable condition.
For hygiene reasons there is no return or exchange on earrings.
Refunds
In the event of you wishing to return a faulty item, we reserve the right to request that the item is returned to us for inspection prior to issuing an exchange or refund.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item you will be notified via email.
If the return is approved you will be refunded as per your original payment method.
Please note there is no exchange/refunds on sale items or gift vouchers.
